3. Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, are missing parts, or have been damaged after delivery by the customer are not eligible for a return.
4. How to Start a Return?
To initiate a return, simply go to your "My Orders" section or contact our support team. Once your return is accepted, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to transfer the refund.
6. Replacements
If you received a damaged or wrong product, we offer a Free Replacement. Just share a photo of the product with our team, and we will ship a new one immediately.
