To facilitate a smooth return and receive a full refund, we ask that items be sent back in their original, pristine condition, including all original packaging, tags, and protective inserts. We strongly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping method for your return, as Zensshop cannot be held liable for items lost during the transit back to our facility. Once our quality assurance team receives and inspects your return, you will receive an immediate notification regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
